We have a final sale no return/exchange/refund policy, due to the quality of our products which means  we will not be issuing refunds. You do have until 30 days after receiving your items to submit any photos of damages or incorrect products to determine eligibility for a discount on your next order.

To be eligible for a discount on your next order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a claim, you can contact us at theofficialtopnotch@gmail.com. Please note that our team will review and send updates on your claim within 5-10 business days.

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a gift card or discount code, as well as instructions on how to apply it to your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims on sale items or gift cards.
